6. How AI will change the workforce
Smart technologies aren’t just changing our homes; they’re edging their way into their numerous industries and are disrupting the workplace. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy across an organization – but is this entirely beneficial? Many fear that the rise of AI will lead to machines and robots replacing human workers and view this progression in technology as threat rather than a tool to better ourselves
Establishing a learning culture:
In a digital-first world, what metrics should companies use to measure performance in a blended human and machine workforce? Companies are not only reconsidering these metrics, but evaluating organizational structures, HR policies and workplace practices. Developing a strong understanding of this transformation must be a priority to ensure performance is fairly measured and that employees can successfully evolve and adapt to the new world order.

7. Why women are better bosses than men
The Gallup survey discovered that employees who work for a female boss are, on average, 6% more engaged than those who work for a male manager. (Female employees who work for a female manager are the the most engaged of any group of workers.) The survey also found that women leaders themselves tend to be more engaged (41%) than men (35%).
"This suggests that female managers likely surpass their male counterparts in cultivating potential in others and helping to define a bright future for their employees," the report says. "It does not mean that female managers are more likely to promote their associates, but it could signify that women are more apt than men to find stimulating tasks to challenge their employees, thus ensuring associates develop within their current roles and beyond."
Female managers are more inclined to provide regular feedback to help their employees achieve their development goals — one of the three things workers said they most want from their boss.
This suggests that female managers surpass male managers in providing positive feedback that helps employees feel valued for their everyday contributions," the report says. "It also indicates that female managers may be better than male managers at helping their employees harness the power of positive reinforcement."

8. Advantages and Disadvantages of Cryptocurrency in 2020
What is crytocurrency? A cryptocurrency is not a type of currency which can be used in the real world. It can be used to perform transactions only in the digital world. So in order to buy/sell using a cryptocurrency, it has to be converted from a digital form to some existing currency which is used in the real world. Eg: Dollars, Rupees etc. With the industrialization and involvement of technology, digital currencies are gaining an upper hand over others. One such currency is bitcoins. Many of us are familiar with this well-known terminology. The only confusing thing is Cryptocurrency. What are its pros and cons?
Advantages of Cryptocurrency :
One of the major uses of cryptocurrencies is to send money across borders. With the help of cryptocurrency, the transaction fees paid by a user is reduced to a negligible or zero amount. It does so by eliminating the need for third parties, like VISA or PayPal, to verify a transaction. This removes the need to pay any extra transaction fees. Disadvantages of Cryptocurrency :
The developers wanted to create virtually untraceable source code, strong hacking defenses, and impenetrable authentication protocols. This would make it safer to put money in cryptocurrencies than physical cash or bank vaults. But if any user loses the private key to their wallet, there’s no getting it back. The wallet will remain locked away along with the number of coins inside it. This will result in the financial loss of the user. |
9. Cell phone could be an educational tool?
Cellphones are different from other devices, such as the computer or tab, as it is a personal technology. Most students have invested a great deal of time learning the features of their cell phones, and their strengths and limitations. The cell phone can extend beyond the walls of the school or the confines of a classroom, but due to possible negative effects, such as cheating and distraction in class and visiting inappropriate websites, most schools do not allow students to bring their cell phones
Cell phones can be an effective educational, tool. Teaching and learning can be made easier if they are used wisely.

10. Will There Be A Physical Retail Store In 10-20 Years?
Are the days of going to a brick-and-mortar store to peruse the merchandise and shop behind us? Online shopping has definitely eclipsed shopping in store, as U.S. e-commerce sales grew 16% in 2017. But stores that adapt are still seeing success. Will that still be the case in 10 to 20 years? Will we move away completely from retail stores and shop entirely online? Will there be a physical store in the future or not?
